My experience at the Rio had its ups and downs. While I found some staff members genuinely kind and helpful, the cleanliness of the rooms was disappointing, with serious issues in two of the three rooms I stayed in. The customer service did improve due to some attentive staff, but the overall atmosphere felt chaotic and outdated. Additionally, while I enjoyed some dining options, the service quality seemed inconsistent throughout my stay.
